Frequently Asked Questions
|
Q. Is there a maximum number of rewards I can order?
A. There is absolutely no maximum to an order - the sky is the limit!

Q. What does double occupancy mean?
A. Two people will occupy one room for their entire stay.

Q. Since the rewards are based on double occupancy, can I bring children or additional adults?
A. Yes. Additional charges will apply and winners may check rates with a Palace Resorts' reservation specialist when redeeming their trips.

Q. What if a reward card is lost or stolen?
A. For personalized cards, Award winners must call the toll free reservation number and identify themselves. A security code will still allow the winners to redeem and enjoy their trips. For standard cards, it is suggested that a photocopy is made and put in a safe place in case the card is lost or stolen. Lost or stolen cards are not replaced.

Q. What happens if the vacation is not redeemed by the appropriate deadline?
A. The reward can be extended one time only up to 12 additional months (24 months is the maximum) for a small additional fee.

Q. Once redeemed, are the rewards transferable to other Palace Resorts properties?
A. Yes. Space is subject to availability.

Q. How can these Palace Rewards be used?
A. Palace Rewards can fit into any promotional campaign such as incentives, trade shows, customer loyalty and recognition programs, gifts, or any program designed to motivate and reward! They are flexible and easy to administer and redeem.

Q. What does subject to availability mean?
A. Sometimes a hotel is already booked for preferred dates. If the hotel is full award winners have the options of selecting another hotel or changing their travel preferred travel dates. With four resorts to choose from they have greater flexibility.
